Hey, I’m Lance! Co- Founder of Maxsin Investment Group. I’m the guy who oversees all operations from acquisitions to the rehabbing process. My main objective is to make sure the rehab cost stays low so we can offer you more for your house.
Like a lot of people, I was always intrigued with those home shows on the HGTV network. Most of the homeowners we work with have some issues preventing them from selling their house through traditional means, or maybe just do not want to list it on the MLS. I remember a professor in my Social Work school program telling me “just meet people where they are and figure out how to help provide a solution”. As soon as I realized I could apply that same lesson in working with people trying to sell their home, I transitioned away from my day job in the Financial industry into real estate full time and haven’t looked back! Besides Real estate I love to spend time with my family, Skate, and participate in community activities.

I currently serve active duty in the U.S Army as a 2nd Lieutenant working in Cyber Security and Network Engineering. I graduated from Texas A&M University-San Antonio with an MBA. Outside of my 2 professions, I love to roller skate, shop, listen to music, travel and spend time with friends and family. As co-founder of the revolutionary run club, a non-profit organization, I developed a passion for fighting against childhood obesity and promoting an all around healthy lifestyle within several communities across the nation and abroad. My military background has taught me to be solution oriented and people focused. I am excited to assist you and your family.
